Elven Legacy: Ranger Reviews

The weekend brings us two new reviews for Paradox's Elven Legacy: Ranger add-on, and they're both pretty favorable.

First up is Diehard GameFAN with an odd score of "Good Game":
A very nice expansion, for one of the more over-looked turn-based strategy games out there. I found the change in viewpoints and the slight tweak in power the main hero gets to be quite interesting and a nice way to bring me back to playing this game. I'll definitely be playing this one again very soon, and if anyone has Elven Legacy, do yourself a favor and pick this expansion up for it as well. You won't regret it.

And the other is via a set of impressions on 2404.org:
Those 8 hours rely on a couple of obvious assumptions- you've got to have the original Elven Legacy and you've gotta enjoy it, because this is the same sort of stuff. I enjoyed it so I enjoyed this too. If you got in on Elven Legacy (or Fantasy Wars) a few months ago and have been waiting for more Ranger is a no-brainer.
