Straight from the Interplay forums comes word that Bethesda's preliminary injunction over Fallout Online (Project V13) has been denied, which may or may not be good news depending on which company you're rooting for. In any event, Serg from the development team has posted some wallpaper-worthy concept art from the game in celebration.
