I heard a rumor that the 1st year aniversary Soulstones will be discontinued. Please say it isn't so!!! I know that there are craftable soulstones now, but it looks like they are character specific.

We have no intentions of discontinuing the veteran reward full soulstones. Also note that the craftable soulstones are not character specific. The name displayed on the soulstone is that of the character that put the skill on it. But it simply helps you narrow down at a glance which account the soulstone is bound to. It spares you having to swap between accounts and using the stone, hoping you're on the right one.
