Groundbreaking Strategy game signed and added to Paradox line-up at GDC
High profile acquisition to receive its public unveiling alongside Hearts of Iron III, Mount & Blade, Majesty 2, Elven Legacy and new indie label Mezmer Games
Stockholm, Sweden - March 19th 2009 Paradox Interactive has today confirmed they have just signed a brand new, and exciting Strategy game to add to their already stellar line-up of games for 2009, and that it will receive its public unveiling at GDC in San Francisco with the development team on hand to talk about the game in more depth.
A groundbreaking title that already has a groundswell of public anticipation behind it, the identity of this game will be revealed very shortly.

Hearts of Iron III
The eagerly anticipated third instalment in the critically acclaimed World War II strategy series, Hearts of Iron III will feature a plethora of brand new features to satisfy veteran and novice players alike. Johan Andersson, the Producer, will be on hand to demonstrate every aspect of the game. Hearts of Iron III is scheduled for release in Q3.
Majesty 2
With nothing else out there quite like it, the world of Majesty 2 is full of charm along with a unique sense of humour where the player only has indirect control of the characters and units. Majesty 2 will make you think in totally new ways. Alexey Kozyrev, the Producer, will be on hand to demo the game. Majesty 2 is scheduled for release in Q2. Find out more at ´http://www.majesty2.com
Elven Legacy
Elven Legacy is a fantasy strategy game that sends players on an epic quest aimed to restore the former glory of the Elven race, and delivers a world filled with magic. Mount & Blade: Warband
The first expansion pack for the critically acclaimed Mount & Blade introduces an array of brand new features, highlighted by a multiplayer capability that allows up to 32 players to battle it out in team death-match style combat on a single map. Armagan Yavuz, the Producer, will be on hand to demo the game. The Mount & Blade Expansion is scheduled for release in Q3.
Mezmer Games
Mezmer Games, a new independent games label, strives to give small indie developers the marketing and PR support for their creations and provide them with a digital distribution outlet to reach consumers. The launch titles are Legio, a turn-based strategy game set in a mythical fantasy world where magicians, warriors and monsters battle for domination, and Stalin vs. Martians, an over-the-top, action-packed real-time strategy game accompanied by Russian techno music.
