Dutch gaming site PS3Life has a scan from an issue of the Official PlayStation Magazine promising coverage of BioShock 2 in their next issue, which would indeed make it a PS3 release.

It even goes as far as reading "PS3 Exclusive", though I would wager that is in reference to it being a magazine exclusive cover story.
