Neverwinter Nights 2 v1.22 Patch Hiccups

Although he had hoped to get the v1.22 patch to us today, Obsidian's Rob McGinnis provides us with more updates (here and here) on the patch's status and suggests that a hotfix might be required to get it out sooner rather than later.
There is an issue occurring at the end of NWN2 right now. Rather than delay this patch any further, I think we may just do a hot fix for it.
