Ultima Online: Kingdom Reborn Review

Ten Ton Hammer is next in line to give Ultima Online: Kingdom Reborn a whirl, and it sounds like they were at least somewhat pleased with the modernized client. The score is 80/100, with this conclusion:
It may not be shiny, it may not be fast, but Ultima Online has more depth of character and community than virtually any other game on the market today. They've been going strong for over 10 years now. If that doesn't tell you they have to be doing something right, then I have no idea what in the world would. I still feel the game needs a lot more variety in character races, classes, and customization options to bring it closer in line with what today's players expect from their chosen form of entertainment. If they could finally make a massive upgrade to the graphics engine, that just might be enough to bring Ultima Online back into the mainstream list of today's games.
