Ascaron's official Sacred 2: Fallen Angel website has been updated with information and images for the various mounts that can be acquired in the game. Sitting atop a Hellhound sounds good to me:
The Hellhound is the perfect companion for
a warrior trapped between life and death.

When this monster appears from the underworld
it strikes fear into the heart of every opponent.
