The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences has announced the winners of their eleventh annual achievement awards, with BioShock, Mass Effect, World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, and Puzzle Quest all receiving some recognition. The notable winners:
    Massively Multiplayer Game of the Year: World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade

    Role-Playing Game of the Year: Mass Effect

    Outstanding Achievement in Art Direction: BioShock

    Outstanding Achievement in Story Development: BioShock

    Downloadable Game of the Year: Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords

    Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Composition: BioShock

    Outstanding Achievement in Sound Design: BioShock
