Eurogamer is reporting that the brochure for Ubisoft's ongoing Ubidays event contains a logo for Dark Messiah of Might and Magic: Elements. It wouldn't surprise me if an expansion pack is in the works, but one would think such an expansion would have been released by now. Perhaps it's a full sequel?
