World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Reviews

Three more reviews of Blizzard's World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade expansion pack kick off the new week. The first is at FiringSquad with an overall score of 92%:
What more can we say? It runs well, it's almost completely bug-free, the servers are good, the game scales mob spawn rates to keep up with demand, the quest log always has something for you to do and the instances are brief and enjoyable. There's no clearing of crap before you get to the Dead Mines or Maraudon proper, you no longer need to get 40 people together for a raid. it's not next-generation, but The Burning Crusade is as good as this generation of MMOs is going to get. It's hard to fathom how Blizzard plans on improving matters in their next expansion.

The second is at Gameworld Network with an overall score of 90%:
Burning Crusade offers pretty much everything the WoW player could want in this, the first expansion to the most popular MMORPG ever.

The third is at Boomtown with an overall score of 9/10:
The Burning Crusade is a must-have, both for ongoing players of World of Warcraft but also the players who got bored at level 60 and stopped playing. We can't promise you that it won't be boring again at level 70 but the road ahead, surely isn't.

And the fourth is at AtomicGamer with an overall score of 94%:
I really can't say enough to show how much I have enjoyed my time so far in the Burning Crusade. Sure, it had it's annoying points as almost any game does. However, Blizzard has really added a lot to the game a ton of new quests, flying mounts, the ability to hit level 70, fun new zones and more. They've also managed to revise the WoW formula a bit and make the levels that would normally be tough grindfests in other MMOs an experience that is even more fun than the original game. Burning Crusade definitely sports a few coats of that classic Blizzard polish hopefully, I don't have to wait too long for the next expansion.
