The FAQ section on Turbine's official Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach website has been updated with new content regarding the game's beta testing. An example question and answer to follow:

Do I have to be a subscriber to Fileplanet to signup for the Beta?

No. You need to create a Fileplanet account however, you do not need to subscribe. We may do some special promotions that require a Fileplanet subscription, but for general access to the Beta you do not need to be a Fileplanet subscriber.
