The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion E3 Interviews

The folks at Waiting4Oblivion.com have released two different E3 interviews about Bethesda's upcoming fourth installment in the Elder Scrolls series. The first is with producer Gavin Carter:
Q: There's been a lot of speculation of fans about famous characters in Morrowind, like Caius Cosades and Fargoth. Will they make a special appearance in Oblivion?

A: They might, they might. It's one of those things, you know, we're like, each game is gonna stand on its own, and what we don't like to do a lot is kinda winking at the camera, have a few things that only players of the last game are gonna get. No, we don't do a lot of that. So they might make a small appearance, maybe. Nothing like plot central, I think.

And the second is with designer Ashley Cheng:
Q: And about the cities, can you tell us anything about the differences in culture of the cities? Because we saw that a city in a screenshot and then we saw Chorrol - different architecture and such - can you tell us a bit more about that?

A: Cities do have their own unique architecture styles. Obviously they're very different. At this point, my favorite town is probably Anvil which is a seaside port. It's very beautifull, it's very unique. And the major difference is it's seaside, so you have this huge dock and you can board these ships, and you have lighthouses. That's the kind of thing you can expect.
