Guild Wars is an excellent game and will not be shelved by me for years to come. I've never played a MMORPG before Guild Wars because of the subscription fees, but Guild Wars has kept my interest because it's free to play online. I'm sure we'll see more companies following in ArenaNet's footsteps with the lack of subscription fees simply because of the fact that more people will play the game.
