Combat itself takes cues from successful multiplayer games in the past with skills set up in such a way that there are no clearly dominating skillsets. Akin to Magic: The Gathering's system, skills will be strategically superior only in certain situations. With a mix-and-match, rock-paper-scissors setup, combat will be more about anticipating your squad's needs than about powering up with the biggest, baddest spells.
