Auto Assault Weekly News

NCsoft has sent over another newsletter that details this week's happenings for Netdevil's post-apocalyptic MMORPG, Auto Assault. Read on:
Greetings from the Central Wastelands!

While the Auto Assault team has been busy getting everything settled for E3, preparing for our first blast of beta participants, and having a blast as we see the game itself shaping up into something we are extremely proud of and can't wait to share with all of you. In addition, we have some new interviews and web features we wanted to make sure you didn't miss.

For instance, we've got two new videos up online featuring the Humans and Biomeks, which was originally offered as an exclusive from GameSpot but now available for everybody. You can get them from our Downloads/Movies section here: http://www.autoassault.com/downloads/movies.html. For the second week of (Spring-Loaded Action!) month we're featuring the Vindicator Lt. Chain Gun here: http://www.autoassault.com/downloads/wallpaper.html.

The NetDevil team is featured in a new interview with TechGage this week (http://www.techgage.com/review.php?id=627), and in a new preview by Game Revolution (http://gr.bolt.com/previews/featured/pc/auto_assault/auto_assault.htm). NetDevil's Lead Texture Artist Mark May was also interviewed in the new magazine, Tristate Scene (http://www.tristatescene.com).

We've updated some of the hardware options available in our beta registration form and would like to encourage anyone who's signed up to go have a look at their information and update it, if needed. Remember that players can still register for the Auto Assault at http://www.plaync.com/aa_beta.html - we're looking for a few good testers!
