Metalheart: Replicants Rampage gameplay features implants - mechanical devices that alter characters' attributes. All implants demand tactonium - the mineral that can be found only on Protion. If an implant lacks tactonium, it begins draining a character's health. This destructive process can be stopped by removing the implant from a character's body or by replenishing a character's pool of tactonium. Portions of mineral can be bought in stores throughout the game world.
