Q: Can you tell us where the Chapter 11 proceedings stand on the proposed purchase and how, if at all, this will affect the remaining Chapter 11 decisions?
A: An official filing has not yet been made to the court, this should occur within the next month. This is in the hands of Tulga Games at the moment.
The majority of this information is part of the negotiations that occur between two companies (and in one example a third) and since those negotiations are ongoing and also involve the courts, it is difficult to make any pronouncements of an absolute nature. I am confident that if the court approves this proposal, we will be able to have a long lifetime for Horizons.
