Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich Preview

IGN PC brings us a two-page preview of Irrational Games' Freedom Force vs. The Third Reich, after seeing a demo of the upcoming sequel firsthand. An excerpt:
First off, the new character designs were just as fun and appropriate as the old. The Silver Age character Quetzacoatal is a boy trapped in a man's body after touching a magical Mayan artifact and being imbued with the spirit of a sun god. He has the Mesoamerican theme down perfectly and fits the bill with his attacks as well, especially his "Hex of the Snake" attack which sends an ethereal snake sliding around the target causing some serious damage.

Meanwhile, Sky King is a hero of a different sort. A man that wanted to be a hero, strapped a jetpack to his back and became something more. He's not exactly fast on the ground (he is carrying a big ass jetpack on his back) but when he gets in the air, he's something else. The nifty little wings unfold like a carrier-bound plane and off he goes. He uses more conventional weapons in his arsenal such as guns and grenades, but also manages to use his jetpack to expunge an amazing amount of wallop with a blast off attack that not only knocks everyone in the area down, but probably some buildings as well!
