The Paper Tiger is a traditional Chinese restaurant, and according to popular rumor they have some of the finest fare in the International District. I have noticed that my operatives find more time to sample such things since the truce was declared. With the threat of interference from Agents reduced or eliminated, I see them spending more and more time jacked in. It is worrisome, but at the same time I do understand the allure.
In any case, the Paper Tiger is not a fancy establishment, nor expensive, but it is exclusive. It's not uncommon for the place to be cleared out suddenly if an important Exile presents his party for seating. Be cautious and watch yourself if you see the place emptying rapidly.
