Beyond Divinity Updated Preview

GameSpy has put together an updated preview of Beyond Divinity, based upon some hands-on experience with the changes the team is making after feedback from the demo. Take a look:
They've also added a new option to allow players to customize the game experience. At the start of the game you can now choose to play it as an action-RPG (tons of fast-moving real-time combat, like Diablo) or as a hardcore RPG (more strategic combat and roleplaying, like Baldur's Gate). Given that the graphics and special effects are much more detailed and gorgeous this time around, there's a good chance the game will appeal to both types of players. No matter how you play, you're looking at between 60 to 100 hours(!) of game time to work your way through the main plot and the numerous optional subquests (over 300 quests in all).
