The Wargamer has dished up a six-page review of Troika's The Temple of Elemental Evil, and although there is no overall score, the review possesses a positive tone throughout. Their summary to follow: The Temple of Elemental Evil is a great addition to the PC family of Dungeons & Dragons games. Offering a classic adventure on the PC it is a must-have for fans of computer-based RPGs. Because it's the first RPG to offer the 3.5 rules for Dungeons & Dragons it is unique in its genre. While I did experience a few bugs none were fatal to the game's overall quality. The patch for the game seems particularly necessary as it addresses a number of issues, but once patched the game should satisfy the cravings of folks looking for a Dungeons & Dragons themed RPG.
