Once you toss in the graphics, sound effects, quality core rules and the toolset, it's easy to understand how we came up with 91. If even half of what could happen with the modules in the next six months does happen, I'd give Neverwinter a 95%, Editor's Choice and wish I'd somehow been on the credits of Neverwinter to be associated with this excellent product. It's just too bad that that's one big (if) with no answer for now.
