Gone Gold Interplay Article

I read over at RPGDot that there's an interesting article over at Gone Gold talking about the recent news concerning Interplay, from Neverwinter Nights being published by Infogrames to Brian Fargo resigning. An excerpt to follow:

Starting with the good news for gamers, despite my suspicions and fears BioWare has managed to do something I thought was impossible. Not only will Neverwinter Nights still be released, but it's going to be released in an unaltered form from Infogrames. When the story broke last month that BioWare and Interplay had broken off contact I thought that "Neverwinter Nights" was doomed since Interplay has (or perhaps that should now read "had") the exclusive rights to the the Forgotten Realms setting that the game would be using. I never doubted that something would be released but I feared that BioWare would be forced to take several months to rework the game to eliminate all the aspects of it they could not use because of the licensing issues.
