Pool of Radiance Looksee

The site that's more than just aboot games, Media & Games Online Network enters the gaming preview scene with a two page preview of the AD&D 3rd Edition-based Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor. It comes attached with a multitude of screenshots and here's an interesting and tasty infoswirl:

Having seen the game running at E3 it is clear that it will in some regards be different to established standards, like that put forward by the Black Isle team, with the Baldur’s Gate series. Pool of Radiance is less focused on large maps and lots of tactical combat with large numbers of enemies. The onscreen scale is different, with player characters being larger, so it is clear that conflict will probably be on a smaller scale.
