Lets say that a purchase one NWN and I set up a game server for my friends and act as a DM. Finally I want to add a second game server, or another server instance on the same hardware. Do I have to purchase a NWN just to be able to add another server?
Or is the server software free to install as long as the gamers, and DM have a copy of the game?
- ...they've said you'll be able to run as many instances of the server as you like on as many machines as you own from one copy of NWN (spawn, spawn, spawn ;-)). After all, the more servers there are for folks to play on, the more games they'll sell ;-). You'll only be allowed to run one player/DM client per copy however.
This may change before shipping, but that's the current plan.
