The latest update to Wasteland 3's Fig crowdfunding campaign offers some details on the making of the Frosty Reception video (you can watch it at this link) and specifically the modeling and texturing of the head of Fish-Lips, the aggressive raiders seen confronting the Desert Rangers in the video.
