Somehow Fallout Shelter, which I initially dismissed as a tie-in to build anticipation for Fallout 4's release, keeps getting updated. Bethesda has just announced at E3 that the previously mobile-only title will be coming out on PC alongside a new update that introduces quests, a new combat system and new characters.

You can expect both the update and the PC version this July and sample a preview in Bethesda's showcase video:
