The folks at Eurogamer's Digital Foundry have put together a video that analyzes the claims of improved graphics in the Blood and Wine expansion to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. While they think the real test will be on consoles, they do indeed confirm that the Toussaint region simply looks better than anything the base game provided and back this claim with some juicy footage:
