The first DLC for XCOM 2, titled Anarchy's Children, has been released today on Steam, for $4.99/€4.99/£3.99. The DLC adds a number of cosmetic customization options to the title but doesn't add any kind of gameplay content to the game:

This rebellion-themed content pack introduces more than 100 new exotic customizations for the entire arsenal of armors available to your XCOM soldiers. These options are purely cosmetic and do not alter the stats of a soldier.
