Another week, another video explaining the SPECIAL attributes of Fallout 4. This time, Bethesda's animated skit is dedicated to Charisma. The attribute seemingly incorporates the old Speech and Barter skills, but will also govern perks related to alcohol addiction, among other things. All in all, it's all stuff we had probably guessed to some degree:
