Age of Conan Celebrates 7th Anniversary With New Adventure

To celebrate the seventh anniversary of Age of Conan, Funcom has announced the release of a new adventure for the MMORPG, titled Shadow of Vanaheimm, which takes place in the North. On top of the that, the developers will also be offering a series of new special member benefits and a week of double Alternative Advancement points.
I suppose that's as good an excuse as any for old players to log in again:
Hyborian Tales: Shadow of Vanaheim
This all new type of content offers a fresh story in the north. Travel to Conarch Village and learn about a new threat from the Vanir. Embark on a new adventure, offering many quests and new locations. Explore Vanaheim and take on the Vanir and Ymirish horde! Many new armor pieces, bear mounts and vanity items become available through this adventure. The content scales based on your level, so it is great for leveling characters and end-game players alike!
Get the Shadow of Vanaheim in the Item Store now, and you also get an all new Ice Bear mount which can be ridden by any level 20+ character. You will find the item which starts the new quest chain and the Ice Bear in your claims window.
Shadow of Vanaheim Collector's Edition
You can also get the new Collector's Edition of Hyborian Tales: Shadow of Vanaheim. It contains all the new content plus several other exclusive and account wide items, such as the epic Prime Platinum Ice Bear swift mount, the Winged Mask of Bragi vanity helm and the Facemarking: Berserker Horns tattoo. The Collector's Edition also includes a Grand Treasure Chest, which can only be claimed once per account.
