BioWare Talks Making Sequels for Dragon Age

Total Xbox has published a snippet of an interview with BioWare producer Cameron Lee they published on their latest issue, in which the developer explains why it's easier to make sequels for the Dragon Age franchise. He also let us know that they already have plans beyond Dragon Age: Inquisition, though that will probably surprise absolutely no one:

In brief, BioWare has "a really good idea" about where Dragon Age 4 and beyond will take us, because Dragon Age isn't the tale of any particular character. There's none of the uncertainty related to Mass Effect as it currently stands, a franchise that must now struggle on without its leading man or lady Commander Shepard.

Each Dragon Age game revisits the realm of Ferelden through a different pair of eyes. "And that's cool," said Lee, "Because not only do existing fans feel connected to the world, because they're the ones making these decisions and actions that are impacting this story of the world, but it's easier for new players to get into this series because they don't feel like there's so much baggage."
