Dark Souls II Patch v1.07 Coming on Monday, Changelog

From Software and Namco Bandai have released the changelog for patch v1.07 and dated it. The patch is going to come out on Monday August 25th and, aside from the data for the upcoming DLC, Crown of the Old Iron King, is going to also include a small number of balance changes. Most of them look okay to me, though I fail to understand the need for a further nerf to miracles, and hope it's a mistranslation:

The following fixes, changes, and refinements are included in the update: '¢ Undead Crypt: Fixed the bell not ringing if you continuously attack the bell that appears after Ledia's shaman appears.
