While initially the King of Dragon Pass official Twitter account went a bit overboard and announced a bevy of ports, it looks like actually most of those platforms are only under consideration, and only an Android version of the title has been confirmed to be in the works. The game is already available on Windows and iOS, while the Android port is slated to come during Q2:

Herocraft is porting King of Dragon Pass to Android, Windows Phone and PS Vita. They project release in Q2.
