EverQuest and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes creator Brad McQuaid has tweeted plans to embrace the crowd-funding craze and use Kickstarter for a brand new title he's working on. And one can only hope that it's an ambitious fantasy MMORPG that reshapes the landscape like EverQuest did so many years ago:

Decided a bad idea to kickstart during the holidays, so our site will be up in January. We'll be able to show more of the game then anyway.
