Undead Labs pre-emptively announced the release of their Breakdown DLC for State of Decay yesterday, and now a Facebook post confirms the add-on's availability on XBLA while also mentioning that a Steam release is imminent:

Apparently Breakdown launched on XBLA...everywhere? At dawn? Fantastic! Steam people: I'm being told 10 AM PST/1 PM EST/6 PM GMT.
