Lord British's Shroud of the Avatar: Forsaken Virtues' Kickstarter campaign just concluded its run, raising $1,919,195 (not counting the Paypal pledges). The game, which purports to mix MMO/social elements with the traditional single-player Ultima experience sounds like a tall order, but we're hopeful that the Portalarium team can pull it off. At this point, we'll just have to follow the post-crowdfunding campaign developments and report on them, though.

In the meantime, good luck to all the folks at Portalarium, and congratulations for a successful campaign.
