GamesBeat is reporting that apparently the bankrupt 38 Studios unfreezed the 401(k) plans for its ex-employees. Some of our readers might remember that the way 38 Studios treated its employees near the end of its lifecycle was one of the most obvious sore points in the developer's history, and created huge problems for the staff during the layoffs, so if true, this is really good news.
