The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim v1.7 Patch Coming to Consoles Next Week

PC players have been enjoying Skyrim's 1.7 patch for some time now, but Bethesda have just announced via their Twitter feed that the same update is making its way to consoles shortly - specifically, Thursday the 9th on the Xbox 360, and "next week" on the PlayStation 3. The changelog includes a number of general performance and stability improvements, though whether it fixes the PlayStation 3's issues with the as-of-yet-unreleased Dawnguard expansion remains to be seen.
