Shadowrun Online Kickstarter Project Update #7, $213,000 and Counting

A new update for the Shadowrun Online Kickstart drive has been released today, which comes with some new information on the art and music of the title. With the drive currently running at $213,196 of the $500,000 goal and 12 days to go, it's perfectly possible that the project won't get funded though. Here's a snippet from the update:
Picturing the mean streets

We are working with a pool of great creative people such as Shadowrun artists extraordinaire, AAS and Klaus Schwerwinski, both members of SHE (Our Shadowrun High Council of Elders, an elite circle of SR luminaries such as Tom Dowd, Jason Hardy and Bull, to name a few. They make sure we stay true to the vision and guide us with their wisdom). They are all helping us to define the visceral visual atmosphere for Shadowrun Online as we are currently detailing out the respective megacorp styles, as well as defining our city hub atmosphere. Another talented artist helping us shape the vision is Josh Godin and we wanted to show you some samples of Josh's previous work that we have used as a starting point below.

Music and sound effects play a major role in the atmosphere of any game. We have received a high number of offers from music and sound professionals wanting to contribute to Shadowrun Online, and we are now collecting submissions for the game! For example here are a couple of recent tracks by the renaissance man and sound master Walter Machado, created as his take on SRO.
