Unfortunate news comes our way via Travis Baldree's Twitter feed, where the Runic Games lead designer has pointed out that EGLS Technology's newly released iOS MMORPG Armed Heroes Online is utilizing a bevy of graphical assets from the original Torchlight.

Judging by that comparison image, I think we're looking at a theft that's on the same level as Limbo of the Lost, here.  It's a really unfortunate situation to be in, I'm sure, so I hope Runic gets it all sorted out quickly with Apple.
