While this doesn't come as a surprise, it doesn't exactly come as the epilogue we were hoping for: Mojang AB's own Notch, who most of you know as the man behind Minecraft, has let it known his Twitter account that Bethesda will be taking the indie developer in court over the alleged trademark infringement with their upcoming 'Scrolls' title.
The Scrolls case is going to court! Weee! :D

No one really believed that they'd settle this with a Quake 3 match, but it would have been undoubtedly nicer.
