Fixed bug where the dealer was a werewolf appear as a quest objective.
Invisible door at the cave entrance in the direction "Twitty Tiste" removed.
The annoying "Welcome to Fallen Angel" video was removed.

Inquisitor's execution on special mount with two-weapon fighting now fixed (now 2 hits).

The green-haired icon has been relegated to the Seraphim Lady GaGa country.
Missing Savegame thumbs were added.

"Epharims Nightmare" has been extended by a boss fight.
Numerous typographical errors corrected.
