RipTen's Dave Oshry managed to corner executive producer Casey Hudson for a video interview on the game's weapon and character customization. As far as I'm aware the interview doesn't really cover any new grounds, but it should still be interesting for those who are following the game, and especially those that felt let down by the lack of customization in Mass Effect 2 compared to its predecessor.
