Considering that almost no information on the title has been released outside of Japan so far, the work the editors at MMO Site are doing translating Japanese articles comes as a blessing, and this time their preview covers one of what I presume are going to be many playable races, the elves. Here's a sampling:
In Wizardry Online, elves are a race good at using magic, but weak in stamina. Different from other races, female elves enjoy high social status and have held the post of elder for generations. Generally, male elves are above 1.85 meters and look taller and thinner than other races, even female elves are above 1.75 meters and look slim with long ears. Due to their wisdom, elves excel at casting spells by use of natural elements. Since they concentrate on the magic research for a long time, they have comparatively poor physical strength.
