Dungeons Interview

There's a brief interview with Realmforge's Christian Wolfertstetter on Gamer Sheep, during which the creative director fields a handful of questions about Dungeons and the state of PC gaming. A snip:
Q: Dungeons reminds of a late 1990'²s PC game called (Dungeon Keeper). Is Dungeons a soul successor to (DK)? What makes it different from that title?

A: Perhaps Dungeons is inspired by Dungeon Keeper, but the game plays very differently. Our approach was to make a game that explains why Action-RPG dungeons look like they do. Why is there loot lying around? Why are there easy monsters at the beginning and higher level monsters later on? All in all, why does an Action-RPG dungeon simply not kill the hero! Dungeons tries to answer these questions.

So the key difference is that DK is focused on keeping your minions happy and Dungeons is focused on keeping the heroes happy.
