It took a while as Xbox 360 patches are sometimes wont to do, but Larian's patch for the console release of Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga has passed spec and should be available this Friday, they announce on Facebook.
It took a lot of effort and more time than expected, but yesterday we were informed that the title update for Divinity II - The Dragon Knight Saga on Xbox360 will be live this Friday (11/2/11), though we don't have an exact time.

This title update should fix the majority of issues reported to us.
