Luskan: Baram's Sewers
Did we miss anything in this location? Is there something we didn't discover? Let us know!

Baram's Sewers
1 – EXIT TO SURFACE

You can return back to surface and the town area from the stairs here.

2 – HIGH CAPTAIN BARAM

The projection of Baram is located here just as you enter the sewers. Baram will talk to you and will ask you to kill Kurth the other remaining High Captain for a large sum of money (usually 1000 gold pieces but you can negotiate for more). Also if you previously talked with Londa at the Cutlass Inn you can ask Baram to tell you what happened to Londa's children. Of course he will reveal that to you only after you kill Kurth. If you decide to kill Kurth return here with his head and give it to Baram. You will then be reward with the predetermined price for doing the task but also with 562 experience points and a magic amulet (Amulet of Will +4). You can then ask about the fate of Londa children. Baram will tell you what he did to them but you will need proof to convince Londa. Londa will believe you only after you bring back the child's bear that can be found in Baram's Lair.

The gate behind Baram is also guarded by several undead creatures if you decide to go up against Baram, then you will be immediately attacked if you pass the gate. You can also found a few treasures in the chests nearby, possibly a random magical item as well.

3 – WERERAT CAPTAIN

Here you will have to fight several Black Knife Rogues and some wererats led by a wererat captain. Search the area for treasures afterwards.

4 – EXIT TO LUSKAN SEWERS

From here you can get back to the Luskan sewers area. This is also the back entrance to Baram's Base if you do not want to make a frontal assault.

5 – STAIRS TO BARAM'S LAIR

A Yuan-Ti Necromancer protects the staircase at this area. When you defeat it, it drops a piece of parchment that mentions something about a ritual that creates undead creatures for Baram's Army in his lair. The stairs lead to Baram's Lair.
