The fine folks over at DDO Players just finished recording their 150th podcast episode, and they were able to convince Standing Stone Games community manager Jerry "Cordovan" Snook to join them to talk at length about Dungeons & Dragons Online and its forthcoming Mists of Ravenloft expansion pack. A lot of ground is covered in the 100+ minute conversation - from the greatest D&D modules of all time to reincarnation cache capacity to future patches - but the biggest surprise from the collaboration is the revealing of three high resolution renders of Count Strahd von Zarovich, whom we presume will be the raid level antagonist throughout the add-on.

While you chew on that human form/vampiric imagery, it's also worth pointing out that they've also released a subset of the content that'll be included with Mists of Ravenloft on the Lamannia test server for player review. The new adventures and wilderness zone(s) aren't included, but we do get to check out the Aasimar race, the Vistani Knife Fighter enhancement tree, a Scarecrow hireling, some new cosmetics, and more.
